But add a little rum to the mix and you have yourself an icy, creamy cocktail that is made for poolside sipping—or slurping down next to a baby pool filled with a hose. We don’t judge. Made with dull rum (go for something very dark and rich like Goslings or Plantation’s OFTD), ripe banana and honey, it's so great you'll need to prevent yourself from drinking down the whole blenderful, which can fill around four glasses.
INGREDIENTS:
1 CUP DARK RUM
2 CUPS BANANA
.5 CUP HONEY
2 CUPS ICE
METHOD:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
